When all avenues are exhausted and your issue is still not fixed you may request a refund of your upfront payment. To learn how to ask for a refund click Here. If you would like your Expert to receive credit for his time and effort simply click the 'Accept Answer' button. Doing this will allow your Expert to receive credit from your upfront payment and close your question. Remember, your question will remain active for 30 days in case you want to come back to it or have any follow up questions.
