Your ExpertHelp.com account provides you with details of your questions, including status of your questions, update and manage your profile, and more.
Access your account
The first step is to login. More often than not, if you come to our site from the same device and browser that you had previously used, you would be logged in automatically. How do you know if you are? That's quite easy.
If you see your name or 'account' displayed next to 'Home' towards the top right of the page, that means you are logged in.
If you see 'Login' at the top right of the page, that means you are not logged in. For help logging in to your ExpertHelp.com account please review the directions here How to login.
Once you are logged in, click on the word 'Account' at the top right of the page. This will bring you to your Account Summary page.
Or if you are accessing it from the drop down menu click on 'Update Profile'
Account Summary contains 3 sections
- As soon as you are logged in, we show you your questions requiring your attention. This is a list of questions for which you have received at least one answer.
- List of features that let you edit and manage your profile.
- List of Quick Links - post a new question, change your current password, or contact our Customer Support.
